Unlike what you may experience at a conventional doctor’s office, your Homeopathic consultation will involve an in-depth, 2-hour intake, where your Homeopath gets to know you and understand your symptoms in detail, in order to find “your remedy.”

Follow-up is an essential part of your process toward cure. This is normally a 1-hour appointment and is a time to assess your progress and evaluate your response to the remedy.

Payment
Tina Williams-Wolf now accepts all major credit cards and debit cards, by phone, and in person, as well as check or cash. All patients are required to pay at the time of service, including those covered by Medicare and Workman's Compensation. Payment can also be made online, in advance of your appointment, by credit card or debit card, at www.paypal.com. PayPal is a secure site and accepts payment by clicking on "send money" to Tina's email address: tina@classichomeopath.com. If your circumstances are such that full payment at the time of the visit is extremely difficult, please discuss this with Tina prior to your appointment.

Appointments
Tina may be reached by phone at (503) 877-HEAL (877-4325). Normally, calls are returned the same day and all calls are returned within 24 hours. This is the best way to reach her to reschedule appointments. The AMCH Pharmacy is open from 10AM until 3PM every weekday. This is the best time to pick up remedies. Remedies can also be mailed to you by calling the AMCH Pharmacy at 602-347-7951.

Canceling Appointments
Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours before a scheduled visit. When less than 24 hours notice is given or if an appointment is missed, the full fee will be charged.

Note that these fees must be paid before your next appointment. Insurance companies do not cover missed appointment fees. You will have to pay these yourself. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into account if you have made every effort to reach Tina by phone as soon as possible.

Late Arrivals
Tina makes every effort to remain on schedule, so that patients are not inconvenienced. Please be on time. If you are late, the visit will be shortened or may have to be rescheduled.

Concerns After Hours and Emergencies
Phone calls outside of regular appointment times may be made to (503) 877-HEAL (877-4325). Messages left there are returned the next business day. This service is not for medical emergencies. In that case, please call 911 or go to an emergency room.

Phone Consultations
Fees are not charged for phone calls made to clarify issues discussed during an office visit, questions concerning treatment or brief progress reports on the effectiveness of treatment.

If your phone call extends more than 20 minutes or results in specific prescriptions or recommendations, it may be considered a phone follow-up appointment and result in a $85.00 follow-up fee.
